Individuals and families in need can request a free box—always free for our community members facing urgent need. Donors can choose to sponsor one, or many, and decide how the box is delivered:
- Ship to You: Receive the boxes directly, gather friends and family, and assemble and distribute them locally in your community.
- Direct Delivery by Us: Prefer us to handle it? Our team will carefully deliver the boxes to families in need in the U.S. or Mexico.
- For donations of 10 boxes or more, you’ll receive a personalized thank-you video from our community, showing the delivery process and the impact of your support — while always protecting the privacy and dignity of the families served.

Every sponsored box is more than supplies—it comes with personalized support. Each family is paired with a dedicated caseworker and mentor who guide them step-by-step through the return or reintegration process.
3️⃣ Delivery & Orientation
When the box is received, families are never left to figure it out alone. Each box includes bilingual reintegration guides, legal and emotional support resources, and direct service connections so families know exactly where to begin.
4️⃣ 60 Days of Follow-Up
For the next month, caseworkers and mentors provide ongoing support, helping families access food, shelter, government services, and opportunities for work or education. This ensures that the first 60 days—often the hardest—are met with dignity and stability.
