The Dream in Mexico Welcome Box by New Comienzos provides life-changing reintegration support for Mexican individuals and families returning from the U.S. — offering hope, guidance, and dignity at the moment they need it most.

🌎 How It Works
1️⃣ Need Help? Request Your Free Box
Families in need can request a free Welcome Box. Donors can also choose to sponsor one — or many.
2️⃣ Sponsor a Box — Pay It Forward
With our Pay It Forward model, you can sponsor boxes that will be shipped directly to you. Gather friends and family, assemble the boxes, and distribute them where they’re needed most — markets, community centers, restaurants, schools, or anywhere families live, work, and study.
3️⃣ Sponsor an Event
Make a difference for dozens or even hundreds of families. We’ll handle logistics, planning, and video recording. You’ll receive a personalized Thank You video from our community, along with footage of the boxes being delivered at the event. You can even include a letter of encouragement inside the boxes.
Other Ways to Get Involved
- Platinum Members — Join a circle of generous donors committed to sustaining impact by supporting Dream in Mexico with gifts of $1,000 or more.
- Employer Match — Many companies double (or even triple) employee contributions, including gifts from retirees, spouses, and outside directors. Ask your HR department if your employer participates.

A person in need receives the box and begins their 30-day reintegration journey. Each family is connected with a mentor or caseworker for personalized support — emotional care, legal guidance, wellness resources, and community connection.
